    Your Y Membership covers full fitness center access, pool use, fitness classes, pickleball / basketball open play and pick-up, and fitness learning clinics —no upgrades or add-ons needed. Additional paid programming like swim lessons, youth sports, and personal / small group training is also available, and Y members get lower rates and early registration access.

  • Start Your Strength Training

    The Y Circuit Orientation is a 1-hour appointment with a fitness coach to learn how to set up and use the strength machines on the circuit for a full-body workout. Your learn correct form, record your recommended settings, sets, reps, and weights, and see how to track your progress!

  • Earn a Free Month with our Member Referral Program

    Every time you refer a friend who joins the Y, you can earn a free month of membership. You'll need to fill out our member referral form, and your friend will need to join within two weeks. Once they're a member for 60 days, you'll receive a free month of membership!

  • Take Your Y Membership with You

    Pleasant Hill Y members have easy access to all other YMCA of the East Bay Fitness Centers (Albany, Berkeley, Oakland, and Richmond) and can sign up for programs and classes with no extra steps!

    Members can also enjoy access to over 2,000 participating YMCAs across the country! You'll just need to check-in at the front desk to verify your membership.

Child Watch at Pleasant Hill

Need time to focus on your workout? We’ve got you covered. Our Child Watch service provides a safe, fun, and supervised space for your children while you enjoy the facility. Child Watch is available exclusively for Pleasant Hill Y members.

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM (Drop-in only)
  • Monday & Wednesday: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM (Drop-in only)
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (Reservations required)

Fees:

  • $7.00 per hour, per child (2-hour maximum per visit)
  • Unlimited Child Watch: $50.00 per month, per child
