How the Process Works

Proposal Submission

Please review our project scope, dates, and submission instructions, then submit your proposal by the listed deadline.

Evaluation

We evaluate your proposed cost, qualifications, approach, and references.

Award & Contracting

We will notify bid awardees and begin contracting discussions.

Kickoff & Scheduling

Together, we'll kick off the project and begin the scheduling process.

Requirements

Depending on project type, vendors may be asked to provide:

  • Proof of general liability and workers’ compensation
  • Required licenses/certifications (when applicable)
  • W-9 and vendor onboarding documents
  • Safety plan/site procedures (construction & facilities work)
  • Background checks (when working in youth/family areas, when applicable)
