The YMCA of the East Bay is a prime mover in creating opportunities for healthier lifestyles, especially for those living in poor communities with few options to exercise safely and eat healthfully.
On the first & third Friday of each month, bring your kids to participate in a fun, supervised program so you can enjoy a kid-free night. Your children will enjoy games, sports, crafts, swimming and a meal.
