Group Fitness Classes

We're excited to offer a variety of group fitness classes! Check out our classes below, and use the button to reserve your space!

Yoga with Nicole
Tuesday | 6:00pm-7:00pm

This class focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility.  It is appropriate for those new to Yoga as well as more experienced Yogis – options and modifications are always offered.

Tai Chi with Nina
Thursday | 10:00am-11:00am

Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai Chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements connecting the mind and body. All levels welcome.

Yoga with Faith & Rebecca
Saturdays | 8:30am - 9:30am

This class focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility.  It is appropriate for those new to Yoga as well as more experienced Yogis – options and modifications are always offered. Faith and Rebecca are co-teaching this class, and will alternate teaching every Saturday.

Zumba with Claudia
Saturdays | 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Dance to current and Latin inspired music in this aerobic workout! All levels welcome.
