Aqua Aerobics

Work every major muscle group in this low-impact aerobic class designed to reduce stress on hips, knees, ankles and feet. No swimming skills required, but participants should be comfortable in the water.

Aqua Aerobics Gentle Movement

A slower, gentler approach to Aqua Aerobics. These low impact classes focus on increasing flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. Gentle exercises will work on all the joints and muscle groups, with light aerobics to increase strength and mobility. No swimming skills required but participants should be comfortable in the water.

Cardio Aqua Pilates

Pilates exercises creatively adapted for the pool. Use fluid movement and specialized conditioning to develop a stronger core and increase flexibility.

Tai Chi

Often called “meditation in motion”, this gentle form of Tai Chi is based on the Sun style and focuses on graceful, fluid movements performed with concentration and inner stillness.
