We take pride in our diverse membership and know that every member has different interests, time commitments, aspirations, and even limitations – that's why our Fitness Coaching program is inclusive and accessible to every member.
Instead of a basic facility rundown, our new Fitness Coaching Program will focus on four key fitness foundations: Cardio, Circuit, Bodyweight, and Weightlifting. Each session will concentrate on one fitness foundation and will establish a baseline and framework for you to achieve the FITTEST YOU.
