Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba is a workout that's both cardio-conditioning and body-toning.

Cardio Aqua Pilates
Develop a stronger core, increase flexibility and get your heart pumping in this Pilates-based aquatic workout.

Gentle Movement Aqua Aerobics
A gentle modified version of our regular Aqua Aerobics class. A low-impact aerobic workout designed to work every major muscle group. The water decreases stress on hips, knees, ankles and feet. No swimming skills required.

Master Swim
For the advanced swimmer who is looking for a challenging lap workout. Instructors lead the group through lap sets and drills.
