Position:           Executive Administrative Assistant
Reports to:      CEO
 
Founded in 1879, the YMCA of the East Bay is a community-based charitable service organization dedicated to building the mind, body and spirit of each individual with programs unique to each community we serve. With programs founded on the four core principles of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, and emphasizing education, health and recreation, the YMCA serves men, women and children of all ages, religions, races and abilities, with a focus on youth.
 
The YMCA is looking for an exceptional individual to provide executive level administrative support for the organizations Chief Executive Officer. This challenging position will require a uniquely qualified individual who possesses just the right blend of administrative skills, professionalism, confidence and commitment. 
 
Beyond a strong aptitude for the traditional portfolio of executive administrative functions, the successful candidate must be well organized and able to thrive in a challenging fast paced work environment. Extensive experience and competency for professional writing (reports, proposals and correspondence) and project management (planning, coordinating and facilitating) are also necessary for consideration.
