Robert A. Wilkins
president and chief executive officer
Robert A. Wilkins has led the YMCA of the East Bay since 1997. He has served the YMCA for 20 years, including leadership roles at YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles before joining the YMCA of the East Bay. Wilkins is an ordained minister and was previously Assistant Chaplain of American Baptists at the University of Southern California.  He currently serves as an Associate Minister at Allen Temple Baptist Church and educator in contemporary religion and biblical literature. 

Diane Mann

"My experiences as a YMCA member and volunteer have enriched my life in ways I cannot begin to describe.  It's my goal now to give back just some of what the YMCA has given to me."

Diane Mann joined the YMCA of the East Bay in 2007 after several years as a fundraising executive for Children's Hospital & Research Center Oakland and service on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of the East Bay. She has held leadership roles in development operations, major gifts fundraising, leadership development, strategic communications, organization development and workforce planning. She earned her bachelor's degree at the University of California, Davis, and her master's in public administration and health services management at the University of San Francisco.
