Tai Chi · Hilltop Family YMCA

Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.  Note, there are many different styles within this practice, some may focus on health maintenance and others may focus on the martial arts aspect.
