Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition of graceful exercise used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Note, there are many different styles within this practice, some may focus on health maintenance and others may focus on the martial arts aspect.
Tai Chi is the practice of slow movements, which enables a person to learn the art of balance in all conditions. This class covers a warm up and a gentle stretching, the 24-movement simplified form and basic Chi Gung exercises. Check Schedule.
Tai Chi Chih
This class consists of slow and rhythmic movements designed for stress relief, physical and mental balance restoration, and injury recovery. This class is recommended for beginning level participants. Check Schedule.
