It is important to include stretching and flexibility training as part of your regular fitness routine. Improved flexibility enhances performance in aerobic training and muscular conditioning as well as in sport. It is also well established that the incidence of injury decreases when people include flexibility training in their routines. Please join one of our Stretch and Flex classes.
