The goal of a fitness boot camp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance. At the Y, our boot camp workouts attract many people because they offer a challenging and varied workout with extensive camaraderie among the participants.
Boot Camp offers a challenging workout combining cardio, strength, and agility exercises in a welcoming & supportive group environment. While it’s not required, we recommend that you start on the first class of each month. Check Schedule.
